T6000.XL Diesel Injection Test Center is designed to test

- EUI/EUP All Makes; BOSCH ( ALL TYPES); DELPHI (ALL TYPES INCLUDING F2 SYSTEM); CATERPILLAR (ALL TYPES INCLUDING 3500 MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONICAL); CUMMINS (C-ELECT AND HPI).
T6000.XL has bosch IMA coding capability as standard.
T6000.XL has 2 Flow Sensors and capable of measuring 2 injectors' flow simultaneously when testing CR injectors. Therefore testing of 6 injectors actually complete in less than 30 min.
T6000.XL can test Delphi F2 System (distributed common rail) injectors and pumps together; running them synchronously balancing pump throughput to injector delivery to obtain best testing conditions.
T6000's new generation injector drive system to allow setting up the drive signal as per OEM specifications for each test plan seperately. Drive signal characteristics plays an important role in determining the injector condition. The injector characterestics are actually tested only with the correct drive signal. Wrong drive signal actually may force to run a bad injector and cause it to pass the test. Correct drive signals allows to apply original OEM test plans directly.
The new CR6 software actually has an extensive database function to store and back up all test plans as well as test results.
